麝香保心丸对高尿酸血症大鼠炎症因子的影响

The Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pull on Inflammatory Factor in Hyperuricemia Model Rats

目的:观察麝香保心丸对高尿酸血症大鼠血清炎症因子(白介素-6)IL-6、(C反应蛋白)CRP和(单核细胞趋化蛋白-1)MCP-1的影响。方法:2%氧嗪酸钾饲料喂养诱导高尿酸血症模型,成功后大鼠随机分模型对照组和麝香保心丸干预组,用苦味酸法检测大鼠血清尿酸浓度,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清IL-6、CRP和MCP-1含量。结果:2%氧嗪酸钾饲料饮食可成功诱导高尿酸血症模型,与正常对照组相比,模型对照组血清炎症因子含量明显增加(P<0.01),用麝香保心丸干预后,大鼠血清炎症因子含量有所下降(P<0.01)。结论:麝香保心丸可抑制高尿酸血症大鼠诱导的炎症反应。

Objectives To investigate the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(SXBXP) on inflammatory factor IL-6,CRP and MCP-1 in Hyperuricemia model rats. Methods Hyperuricemia model of rats were induced by 2% oteracil potassium feed,then they were randomly divided into hyperuricemia group and hyperuricemia plus SXBXP group. The concentration of uric acid in serum was detected by picric acid method. The serum of IL-6,MCP-1 and CRP contents were detected by radioimmunossay. Results The hyperuricemia model of rats were induced by 2% oteracil potassium feed successfully. The serum of IL-6,MCP-1 and CRP content on MS group were increased significantly than those in the control group ( P <0.01 ). In addition,the serum of IL-6,MCP-1 and CRP content were decreased with SXBXP diet. Conclusion Ours results showed that SXBXP significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors IL-6,MCP-1 and CRP on hyperuricemia model rats.
