摘要
从前端预防的角度识别并消除潜在有害功能是提高产品设计质量的有效途径。有害功能形成机理研究是有害功能识别与消除的基础。首先基于风险理论定义了有害功能因子、有害功能实现原理、有害功能流、有害功能诱因、有害功能传导路径、有害功能受体等有害功能形成要素,其次利用隶属函数确定了有害功能受体的阈值,并在分析有害功能形成要素的属性和作用规律的基础上建立了有害功能形成机理分析方法。最后应用该方法识别自动扣圈设备设计过程中的有害功能。研究表明,该方法较好地完成了设计过程中有害功能的识别,具有一定有效性与可行性。
Identifying and eliminating potentially harmful functions from the perspective of front-end prevention is an effective way to improve the quality of product design. Research on formation mechanism of Harmful Function is the basis of identifying and eliminating harmful function. Firstly,defined harmful function forming elements based on risk theory which is harmful function factor,principle of harmful function,harmful function flow,inducement of harmful function,path of harmful function conduction,harmful function acceptor and so on. Then determined the threshold of harmful function acceptor based on membership function and established analysis method of harmful function mechanism based on analysing the attributes of harmful function forming elements and function rules. Finally,used this method to identify the harmful functions in the design process of automatic buckle rubber ring equipment. The study shows that the method can effectively identify the harmful functions in the design process,and it is effectiveness and feasibility.
