主辅弹簧式恒力支吊架凸轮曲线研究 被引量:5

摘要 凸轮作为主辅弹簧式恒力支吊架的核心元件,其设计的精确度直接影响到装置的性能。根据恒力支吊架的运行原理,对文献所述凸轮曲线计算方程进行了修正,并对文献方程和修正方程的计算结果进行了比较。在此基础上,深入分析了两坐标系相对转角、滚轮半径和滚动摩擦系数对装置性能(恒定度和载荷偏差度)的影响。最后,通过实验测试验证了修正方程计算结果的准确性。研究结果表明:在凸轮曲线计算过程中,应充分考虑两坐标系相对转角和滚轮半径对计算结果的影响,滚动摩擦系数考虑与否对计算结果基本无影响。修正方程应用范围明确,可为该类恒力支吊架的合理设计提供理论基础。 As core component of main and auxiliary type of constant force spring hanger,the design accuracy of the cam curve affects the performance of the device. According to the operational principle of the device,the reference equations of the cam curve were modified,and the calculation results of the reference equations and the modified equations were compared.Furthermore,the influences of relative rotation angle of two different coordinate systems,roller radius and rolling friction coefficient on the performance(constant degree and load deviation degree)of the device were analyzed. Finally,the modified equations were verified by experiment. The results indicate that the influences of relative rotation angle and roller radius on the calculation results should be taken into account,and the rolling friction coefficient has no influence on the calculation results. The application range of the modified equations is clear,which can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the device.
