摘要
车身参数对车辆翻滚安全性能的影响很大。为给车辆概念设计阶段提供有效意见,研究了车辆的质心高度、车身高度、车辆轮距这三项车身参数对微型客车翻滚性能的影响。基于FMVSS208平台翻滚试验标准,利用多刚体仿真软件MADYMO建立了微型客车多刚体动力学模型,并验证了仿真模型的可靠性。采用单因素试验设计方法分别研究各车身参数对翻滚中车辆运动参数的影响规律。得出车辆质心高度与翻滚性能呈负相关;随着车身高度的增加,翻滚性能呈先变差后变好的趋势;车辆轮距与翻滚性能呈正相关的结论。
Body parameters have a great impact on the safety performance of vehicle rollover.The influence law of rollover characteristics affected by body parameters including centroid height of vehicle,vehicle body height and wheel track is researched,in order to provide effective advice for concept phase of vehicle.Based on the regulation of FMVSS208 dolly rollover test,a detailed multi-body dynamic model of mini bus is established by using MADYMO simulation software,and the reliability of the model is verified.The influence law of vehicle motion parameters affected by body parameters is researched,using single factor experiment design method.The results indicate that centroid height of vehicle has a negative correlation to rollover characteristics,with the increase of vehicle body height,the rollover characteristics showed a trend of worse and then better,wheel track has a positive correlation to rollover characteristics.
