电容器固定剂自动上料机及其控制系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对电容器固定剂上料工序中存在的工人劳动强度大、生产效率低、自动化程度低等缺陷,设计了电容器固定剂自动上料机及其控制系统。对电容器固定剂自动上料机的机械结构进行了详细设计,包括链条提升组件、胶箱开闭组件、固定剂存储翻转组件、翻转限位组件等;控制系统以PLC作为主控制器,实现自动翻转卸料;以触摸屏作为人机交互界面,实现设备调试及系统运行状态监测等功能。该设备已投入实际使用,应用效果表明:该设备性能稳定,操作简单,自动化程度高,生产效率高,为企业带来了良好的经济和社会效益,具有一定的推广价值。 Aiming at the deficiencies existing in the feeding process of capacitor fixing agent,such as high labor intensity,low production efficiencies,low degree of automation and so on,the automatic feeding machine and control system for capacitor fixing agent were design ed. The mechanical structure of automatic feeding machine for capacitor fixing agent was designed particularly,including chain elevating component,glue box switching component,fixing agent storage-overturning component,overturning-limit component and so on;The control system used PLC as the main controller to realize the automatic overturning and unloading;and the touch screen was used as the human-machine interface to realize the equipment debugging and system operation status monitoring,etc. The equipment has been applied in the practical production,application effect shows that:the equipment is reliable,easy to use,and has high degree of automation and high production efficiency,which can bring a good economic and social benefits for the enterprise,so the equipment has a certain promotion value.
