1例幼儿口腔异物插至颅底的全身麻醉处理

A Case of Foreign Body Insertion into the Basis Cranii of an Infant Treated under General Anesthesia

摘要 本文报道了1例17个月幼儿不慎将筷子自口腔插至颅底的全身麻醉处理,重点介绍气道处理。术中麻醉过程平稳,患儿术后入新生儿重症监护病房,生命体征良好,未发生麻醉相关并发症。
