薄钢板折边凹形焊接试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢板剪力墙广泛应用于装配式钢结构建筑,受建筑尺寸及国内钢材市场常用钢板规格的限制,钢板剪力墙的制作通常需要拼接。当板厚较小,即小于8 mm时,采用平板焊接工艺的拼接容易出现钢板残余应变大、观感质量差的缺陷,难以满足相关规范要求。为此提出一种薄钢板折边凹形焊接工艺,并设计了60个试件进行轴向拉伸试验。试验结果表明:3~6 mm厚度的钢板,薄钢板折边凹形焊接工艺可行;该工艺的3种焊缝形式,即内凹焊缝、外凸焊缝、平齐焊缝的焊缝性能与平板对接焊接工艺的焊缝性能基本一致,内凹焊缝施焊1道即可满足焊缝性能要求,可优化工序,提升经济性;药芯焊丝可适用于该工艺,对于施工工期要求较高的装配式建筑,其综合效益较高。 SPSW(steel plate shear wall)has been widely applied in prefabricated steel structure buildings,which are limited by the building size and the steel plate specifications commonly used in the domestic steel market. The production of steel plate shear walls usually needs to splice together.When the thickness of steel plate shear wall is less than 8mm, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the code because of the defects of large residual strain and poor weld quality in the plate welding process.The paper presented a new kind of welding process of thin-steel plate, and 60 specimens were designed for axial tensile test.The test results showed that:1)for the 3~6 mm thick of steel plate, the new process was feasible. 2)the three types of the weld, including the inner concave weld, the outer convex weld, and the weld of the flush weld, were basically the same as the weld performance of the flat butt welding process.The inner-concave weld could meet the requirements of weld performance, optimize the process and improve the economy by one-step welding.3) the flux-cored wire could be applied to the process, and the comprehensive efficiency would be high for the prefabricated building with high construction period.
