新型钢结构作业棚抗冲击性能有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 开发了一种新型钢结构作业棚,并应用ABAQUS软件中的ABAQUS/Explicit显示分析模块建立了22个有限元模型,对其抗冲击性能进行有限元分析,分别考察了高空坠物的高度、作用面积、木材厚度对钢结构作业棚结构体系的影响。分析结果表明:结构体系受到冲击后,主要以防护层木材的变形损伤与剪切破坏为主,钢结构构件的变形相对较小并且不会达到屈服状态;当坠落物体作用面积较大、木材较厚时,木材吸收的冲击能量越多,可承受冲击能力越强,结构越安全;当坠落物体高度较大时,冲击能量越大,可承受冲击能力越小,结构越危险。 A new steel structure work shed was proposed, 22 finite element models were established by ABAQUS/Explicit display analysis module to study its impact resistance, and the influences of the height of falling objects, impact area, wood thickness were investigated. The analysis results showed that the damage and shear failure of the wood of the protective layer were common and the deformation of the steel component was relatively small and did not reach the yield after the structural system was impacted. When the impact area of the falling objects and the wood thickness were larger, the more inpact energy absorbed by wood, the larger the impact resistance could be, and the safer the structure was. When the height of the falling objects was higher, the impact energy was larger, the impact resistance was smaller, and the structure was more dangerous.
