大体积复杂桁架结构施工技术

CONSTRUCITON TECHNOLOGY OF LARGE VOLUME COMPLEX TRUSS STRUCTURE

成都万达城展示中心外造型钢结构为三层三片花瓣状弧形桁架,位于钢框架结构与玻璃幕墙结构之间,且大部分构件为带相贯口的弧形杆件。采用分块吊装的施工方法,其分块单元为大体积复杂桁架结构,现场拼装及吊装难度大。通过分析论证,采用分阶段拼装、双机抬吊翻身、分块吊装、套管调节等施工措施,确保分块桁架的拼装精度满足要求,实现分块桁架的精准吊装对位,顺利完成施工。

The shape of steel structure of Chengdu Wanda City Exhibition Center is three-layer three-petal-shaped curved truss. The steel structure is located between the steel frame and the glass curtain wall structure, and most of its members are curved bars with intersecting openings. With the construction method of lifting in a block unit, the block unit is large volume and complex truss structure, so it is difficult to assemble and lifting in the field. Through analysis and demonstration, the construction measures such as assembling in stages, lifting up and turn over by double crane,lifting in a block unit, casing connection and other construction measures were adopted to ensure the assembling accuracy of the block truss, and achieve the precise lifting and alignment of the block truss, so as to successfully complete the construction.
