专业教师融入团学工作的实现路径探索

An Exploration of the Way of the Integration of Faculty Members into Work of the Communist Youth League of China and the Student Union

高校专业教师是青年团员思想的引领者,行动的指导者,他们在传授文化知识的同时可以利用专业教师的感染力与号召力培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,以拓展学生的学术视野。本文结合高校共青团改革实施方案的要求和创新举措,通过加强团教协作、总结专业教师参与高校团学工作所取得的成果和经验,分析专业教师在高校团学工作发挥的作用,在此基础上,不断探索专业教师融入团学工作的方法与途径,以更好地推进基层团组织工作建设性发展。

Faculty members are leaders of the thoughts and instructors of the actions of the young members of the Communist Youth League.They can foster students’spirit of innovation and capability of practice with their own charisma during the process of imparting academic knowledge to the students,so that the students’academic horizon can be broadened.This article,taking the instructions and innovative measures from the reforms implementation plan of the Communist Youth League of China(the League)in colleges and universities into consideration,emphasizing the closer cooperation between the League and faculty members,analyzes the function of faculty members in work of the Communist Youth League of China and the student union(the work)through collecting the achievements and experiences from faculty members’participation in the Work,upon which the article explores further the methods and the ways of the integration of faculty members into the Work so as to facilitate the constructive development of work of the fundamental organizations of the Communist Youth League of China.
