摘要 微泡可用于水处理和半导体清洗,纳米微泡可用于农业和水产业等的清洗。直径小于50μm的微泡在水中会不断缩小直至消失。此时就会产生活性氧(自由基)。利用这一现象可以清洗固体表面(半导体和纤维)。此外,普遍认为纳米泡是微泡的残留物,因其被电解质离子壳所包裹,从而,具有稳定性。在切削现场,作为冷却液的纳米微泡还能起到清洗机械的辅助作用。通过阐明纳米微泡的作用机理,有望开发一种新的清洗技术。 Microbubble can contribute to wastewater treatment and semiconductor cleaning,and nanobubble can contribute to cleaning in agriculture and aquaculture.Microbubble are gas bubbles less than 50 micrometer in diameter and shrink underwater due to the rapid dissolution of the interior gas.It has been demonstrated that the bubbles can generate free radicals during the collapsing process under water.This is a very effective property of the tiny bubbles for solid surface cleaning,including semiconductor manufacturing and textile industries.Nanobubbles may be defined as microbubble residues stabilized by the effect of condensed ionic cloud around the gas-water interface at the final stage of the collapsing process.In the cutting and polishing industry,they are now trying to use a new type of cutting fluid containing nanobubble water,and it has turned out that the cutting machines were cleaned by the effect of scattered cutting fluid.For further development as a new cleaning technology,it is necessary to clarify the functional mechanism of nanobubble.
