摘要
目的:探讨临床凝血检验测量不确定度分析。方法:选取凝血检验标本100例,使用全自动血液分析仪检测患者凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶凝固时间以及活化部分凝血活酶时间等指标。结果:当凝血酶原时间靶值为11.32 s时,测量不确定值为1.24 s;纤维蛋白原靶值为2.45 g/L时,测量不确定值为0.89 g/L;凝血酶凝固23.12 s时,测量不确定值为1.68 s;活化部分凝血活酶时间15.09 s时,测量不确定值为0.44 s。结论:临床工作中,通过对临床凝血检验测量不确定度进行分析,明确患者各项指标之间的差异,在出现敏感指标改变时,能够及时判断患者病情,为其选择对症治疗措施。因此,必须加强对凝血检验测量不确定度的掌握与分析,从而为临床诊治提供客观依据。
Objective:To investigate the uncertainty analysis of clinical coagulation test.Methods:100 coagulation test specimens were collected,automated blood analyzer was used to detect prothrombin time,fibrinogen,thrombin clotting time and activated partial clotting activity.Results:When the target time of prothrombin time was 11.32 seconds,the measured uncertainty value was 1.24 s.When the fibrinogen target value was 2.45 g/L,the measurement uncertainty value was 0.89 g/L,and the thrombin coagulation time was 23.12.At the second,the measurement uncertainty was 1.68 seconds,and when the partial thromboplastin time was 15.09 seconds,the measurement uncertainty was 0.44 seconds.Conclusion:In the clinical work,by analyzing the measurement uncertainty of clinical coagulation test,the difference between the various indicators of the patient can be clarified.When the sensitive index changes,the patients'condition can be judged in time,and symptomatic treatment measures can be selected for it.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the mastery and analysis of the measurement uncertainty of coagulation test,so as to provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
