优质护理服务在心脏病患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality nursing service in the nursing of patients with heart disease

目的:探讨优质护理服务在心脏病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:收治心脏病患者42例,随机分为两组,各21例。对照组按照心内科疾病的常规要求进行护理,观察组实施优质护理。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组;观察组住院时间(10.2±1.3)d,心血管疾病知识认知评分(96.2±3.6)分;对照组分别为(15.3±1.5)d,(8.2±34)分;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可以明显改善心脏病患者的不良心理状况,缩短住院时间,提高对疾病的认知度,护理效果好。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in the nursing of patients with heart disease.Methods:42 patients with heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 21 cases in each group,the control group was treated according to the routine requirements of cardiology diseases,and the observation group implemented quality care.Results:After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were lower than the control group.The hospitalization time of the observation group was(10.2±1.3)d,the cognitive score of cardiovascular disease knowledge was(96.2±3.6)points,and that of the control group was(15.3±1.5)d,(8.2±34)points respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality nursing service can significantly improve the adverse psychological status of patients with heart disease,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the awareness of the disease,the nursing effect is good.
