医科院校大学生手机依赖现状研究

Research on the current situation of the mobile phone dependence of medical school students

采用分层随机抽样,使用大学生手机依赖量表和社会支持评定量表对3 400名医科院校大学生进行问卷调查。了解医科院校大学生手机依赖现状,探讨手机依赖与社会支持的关系。结果显示,医科院校大学生手机依赖平均程度处在偶尔发生和有时发生之间,不同手机依赖水平组的学生在社会支持总分(F=4.353,P<0.05)特别是客观支持(F=13.277,P<0.001)上的得分存在显著差异,手机依赖和社会支持之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.687,P<0.01)。医科院校大学生普遍存在一定的手机依赖行为,手机依赖与社会支持有较大的相关性。高校可以通过提升学生认知、强化专业认同、改善人际沟通、完善社会支持环境等来帮助学生克服手机依赖。

According to the principle of stratified random sampling,3 400 medical school students were interviewed by using the scale of mobile phone dependence and social support assessment.The average degree of mobile phone dependence among medical school students limits to infrequent occasional usage.There were significant score difference in the social support(F=4.353,P<0.05),especially the objective support(F= 13.277,P<0.001),a significant negative correlation between the mobile phone dependence and the social support(P<0.01).It is common for medical school students to rely on mobile phones at certain extent,and that is largely associated with the access to gain social support.The universities should help students overcome potential extensive mobile phone dependence through the means of enhancing student perception,strengthening professional identity,improving interpersonal communication,and creating better social support environment.
