摘要 本文探究强度在150 MPa以上的装配式墙体材料超高性能混凝土(简称UHPC),分析常用矿物掺合料和钢纤维等对UHPC流动性及强度发展的影响,通过原材料优化选择、正交试验设计,寻求最佳配合比。结果表明钢纤维掺量对UHPC强度性能影响较大,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,硬化UHPC的抗折、抗压强度都有显著提升;在UHPC新拌物流动性方面减水剂掺量起到重要作用;当硅灰掺量25%、石英粉掺量15%、水胶比0.18时,即可获得试验所需的抗压强度大于150 MPa、扩展度大于180 mm的超高性能混凝土。 In order to explore the fabricated wall material with strength over 150 MPa-ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC for short),the experiment analyzed the influence of common mineral admixtures and steel fiber on the fluidity and strength development of UHPC through the selection of raw materials and orthogonal experimental design,and sought the best mixture ratio.The results show that the steel fiber content has a great influence on UHPC’s strength properties,and with the increase of steel fiber content,the flexural strength and compressive strength of sclerotic UHPC mix are significantly improved;The content of superplasticizer plays an important role in the fluidity of UHPC fresh mix;When the silica fume content is 25%,quartz powder content is 15%,and water-binder ratio is 0.18,UHPC with compressive strength greater than 150 MPa and expansion degree greater than 180 mm can be obtained.
