氮掺杂碳-Pd催化剂用于苯乙烯的有氧氧化

N-doped Carbon-Pd Catalyst for Aerobic Oxidation of Styrene

摘要 为获得含氮量高、孔隙丰富的氮掺杂多孔碳材料(NPCs),提升其在催化剂领域的应用价值,用聚离子液体(PIL)作为前驱体,三嵌段共聚物F127作为牺牲模板制备出富含氮元素的碳材料。表征分析结果证实氮元素多以结构氮的形式掺入多孔的碳骨架中,实现对钯的较高分散度。温和条件下Pd/PNPC-2作为苯乙烯有氧氧化的催化剂时,14h后苯乙烯几乎全部被氧化,苯甲醛和氧化苯乙烯两种主产物的选择性高达80.56%,且具备较长的使用寿命。 In order to obtain nitrogen-doped porous carbon (NPCs) with high nitrogen content and abundant pore space,poly-ionic liquids (PIL) as precursors and triblock copolymer F127 as sacrificial templates were used to prepare porous carbon rich in nitrogen. After characterization and analysis,most nitrogen elements were incorporated into porous carbon skeleton in the form of structural nitrogen to achieve high dispersion of Pd. Under mild conditions,when Pd/PNPC-2 was used as catalyst for aerobic oxidation of styrene,styrene was almost completely oxidized after 14 hours,the selectivity of benzaldehyde and styrene oxide is as high as 80.56%,and a long service life.
