摘要
许多易得的天然材料中都含有丰富的纤维素如榛子壳,可用于吸附水中的重金属离子。材料的吸附容量取决于吸附材料和金属离子的结合能力,榛壳粉则表现出良好的吸附能力。为了进一步提高材料的吸附容量,本研究将一种特定的染料活性艳红K-2BP加载到榛壳粉上。用未加载活性染料的榛壳粉作吸附剂时,对铜离子的最大吸收值为10.65 mg/g,用加载了具有一氯均三嗪结构的活性染料K-2BP的榛壳粉作吸附剂时,对铜离子的饱和吸附量为18.40 mg/g。结果表明,对铜离子的吸附达到平衡时,需要的时间大约为60 min。其吸附行为受到pH值、温度、吸附时间和初始浓度的影响,Langmuir等温吸附模型拟合结果与实际结果相接近。经过活性染料加载的榛壳粉与其他的天然吸附剂相比表现出良好的应用潜能。
Due to the high content of cellulose,many natural materials like hazelnut shells can be used to adsorb heavy metal ions from their aqueous solutions.The capacities of adsorbent depended on the adhesion of adorbent and heavy metal ions,and the adsorptivity of hazelnut shells powder was excellent.To improve the adsorption capacity of adsorbent,a specific dye,C.I.Reactive red 24 was adhered to hazelnut shells powder.The results showed that the maxiumu uptake values of Cu(Ⅱ) was 10.65mg/g with hazelnut shells powder as adsorbent,and that one was 18.40mg/g with reactive red 24 adhering hazelnut shells powder as adsorbent,adsorption equilibrium was reached within 60min for Cu(Ⅱ).The adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) on reactive red 24 adhering hazelnut shells powder adsorbent was influenced by pH value,temperature,adsorption time and initial concentration of adsorbates.It was found that Langmuir model fitted better the equilibrium adsorption data.Therefore,the hazelnut shells powder adhered dye showed a high application value compared to the other natural adsorbents.
