摘要
由乳清酸与98%硫酸和65%硝酸作用,直接硝化制备硝基乳清酸,用扫描电镜和FT-IR鉴定其结构,用HPLC鉴定其纯度。考察了浓硫酸与浓硝酸的物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对硝化作用的影响。结果表明,混酸中浓硫酸与浓硝酸的最优物质的量比为2.5∶1,温度控制在15℃以下反应12h,获得产物的收率可达到80%以上,检验产物的纯度为90%以上。
5-Nitroorotic acid was prepared by nitration with mixed acid starting from orotic acid. The structure was certified by SEM and FT-IR. The effects of the composition of mixed acid,temperature and time on the nitrating reaction were investigated.What results from this work were that the feed ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to concentrated nitric acid was 2.5 mol to 1 mol,the reaction should be controlled below 15 degrees seriously for 12 hours,the total yield was over 85% and the purity 90.77% by the analysis of HPLC.
