摘要
目前燃气锅炉存在尾气温度过高、有害气体较多等问题,从能源节约和环境保护的角度来看,有必要对燃气锅炉尾气凝结回收工艺进行研究。本文主要综合国内外专家学者的研究概况,通过分析、梳理、总结相关文献,探究燃气锅炉尾气凝结特性以及Laval喷管内气体在高速流动条件下急剧膨胀所产生的低温效应,结合国家能源战略发展趋势,为燃气锅炉尾气凝结回收工艺提供理论基础。
At present,there are many problems brought by gas boiler exhaust to our attention,such as too high gas temperature and too many kinds of harmful gas contained in it.In order to conserve energy and protect environment,it is necessary to study the condensation process for recovery of gas boiler exhaust.This paper,based on the research progress of experts and scholars at home and abroad,mainly discusses the condensation characteristics of gas boiler exhaust and the low temperature effect caused by the rapid expansion of gas in Laval nozzle under the condition of high-speed flow,through analyzing,combing and summarizing the relevant literatures.Combining with the development trend of national energy strategy,it provides a theoretical basis for the condensation process for recovery of gas boiler exhaust.
