摘要
液化烃为易燃危险化学品,液化烃罐区一旦发生泄漏等事故将产生燃烧爆炸危险。本文从液化烃罐区的安全设计方面进行了探讨。以常温加压储存的碳四罐区为例着重介绍了碳四罐区的工艺流程、设备布置设计,并简要介绍了土建、给排水消防、电气、自控等方面的设计。
Liquid hydrocarbons are flammable hazardous chemicals. When the liquid hydrocarbons leaks in the tankfarm,it can cause combustion and explosion once contact with open fire or high heat. This text discusses the safety design of liquid hydrocarbons tankfarm. Taking the pressurized storaged carbon four tankfarm at room temperature for example,it introduces the design of PID and equipment layout detailedly. Meanwhile,the text briefly introduces the safety design in civil,plumbing & fire fighting,electrical and instrumental aspects.
