摘要
水平剖分式旋转机械在检修、安装过程中,其转子主轴与机体下气缸的径向间隙精度对设备的安全稳定运行极其重要,传统测量工具及方法存在局限性。利用优化设计的专用桥规可通过调整支脚距离对不同轴径水平剖分式旋转机械的径向间隙进行测量,并满足精度要求。
In the process of maintenance and installation of horizontal split rotary machinery,the radial clearance accuracy of the rotor spindle and the cylinder under the body is extremely important for the safe and stable operation of the equipment,and the traditional measuring tools and methods have limitations.The radial clearance of the rotary machine with different axle diameters can be measured by adjusting the distance of the supporting feet with the optimized bridge gauge,and the accuracy is satisfied.
