摘要
自然现象对各个行业中的电力系统存在重要影响。尤其是在石油化工行业中,电力系统的安全发挥着重要作用。首先体现在电气系统设备接口安全上,石油化工企业开始着眼于本质安全型浪涌保护器的设计与选择,以此来保证PLC、DCS的正常运行,最终提高电气系统设备接口的安全性。本文从雷电流的分析开始,对本质安全型电源保护器设备功能进行了解,从而对其的设计和选择进行具体分析。最终得出结论:选择合理的本质安全型浪涌保护器对石油化工企业的电气接口设备安全起到较好的保护作用。
Natural phenomena have an important impact on power systems in various industries.Especially in the petrochemical industry,the security of power system plays an important role.Firstly,it embodies in the safety of electrical system equipment interface.Petrochemical industries begin to focus on the design and selection of intrinsically-safe surge protective devices(SPDs),in order to ensure the normal operation of PLC and DCS,and ultimately improve the safety of electrical system equipment interface.Begining with the analysis of lightning current,this paper understands the function of iintrinsically-safe surge protective devices(SPDs),and then makes a analysis of its design and selection in detail.Finally,it is concluded that the selection of reasonable intrinsically-safe surge protective devices(SPDs) plays a better role in protecting the safety of electrical interface equipment in petrochemical industries.
