摘要
建设先进的实验室文化对增强实验室可持续发展能力具有重要意义。文章首先对当前实验室文化发展中存在的一些问题进行了剖析,然后针对这些问题探讨了实验室文化建设的新举措,使实验室在培育创新型人才中做出更大的贡献。
Constructing advanced laboratory culture has important significance to enhance the capacity osustainable development of the laboratory.The article first analyzes some problems in the development ofthe current laboratory culture,and then discusses new measures for the construction of laboratory culture in order to make the laboratory make a greater contribution in cultivating innovative talents.
