研究生课程《半导体物理》教学方法和策略的探讨

Discussion on the Educational Methods and Strategies in Postgraduate Student Course Semiconductor Physics

本文结合我校实施的研究生精品课程建设工作,基于笔者多年的教学经验,对研究生课程《半导体物理》的教学内容和教学方法进行了一些尝试性的改革。在此简要阐述和探讨相关改革措施的必要性及实施心得。

Based on years of teaching experiences,the author discussed the defects in the current postgraduate course Semiconductor Physics and put forward some reform measures in teaching methods and strategies to resolve the problems in the implementation of excellent course construction program in our university. In this paper,the necessity of the reform measures and the experiences in implementation were discussed.
