摘要
依据事故应急管理的预防、准备、响应和恢复4个阶段,利用事故树分析法(ATA)分析构建高层建筑应急能力评估指标体系,再结合模糊综合评价法(FCE),建立了基于"事故树-模糊综合评价法"的高层建筑应急能力评估模型,从而为城市高层建筑的应急管理工作提供辅助决策支持。
According to the accident emergency management's four stages of prevention,preparedness,response and recovery,the ATA was used to build the emergency capability assessment index system of high-rise buildings,then combined with the FCE,established the emergency capability assessment model of high-rise buildings based on "ATA-FCE",So as to provide decision support for emergency management of urban high-rise buildings.
