摘要
针对双通道旋转变压器定子绕组开路问题,运用故障树分析方法进行故障排查与定位,并进行产品的工艺改进,有效地降低绕组开路问题的发生,提高产品合格率和可靠性。
In view of the open circuit problem of the stator winding of two-speed resolver, the fault tree analysis meth-od was used to troubleshoot and locate the fault. And the process improvement of the product was carried out, so as to ef-fectively reduce the occurrence of winding open-circuited fault and improve product qualification rate and reliability.
