摘要 为区分热老化和水分对频域介电特性的影响,将FDS法应用于变压器主绝缘的老化和受潮状态评估。通过绝缘诊断仪对制备的老化和水分试品进行FDS测量,提取1 mHz及0.1 mHz为老化试品特征频率,100 Hz、1 kHz为水分试品特征频率,利用特征频率处的tanδ区分老化和水分对频域介电特性的影响,并给出了特征频率处tanδ与聚合度以及水分含量的定量拟合关系。研究结果表明:聚合度和水分含量与特征频率处的tanδ均呈指数函数关系,tanδ随着聚合度增大而减小,随着水分含量的增大而增大。 In order to distinguish the effects of heat aging and moisture on the dielectric properties of the frequency domain,the FDS method was applied to evaluate the aging and damp state of the transformer main insulation.The aging and moisture samples were measured by FDS with insulation diagnostic instrument.The characteristic frequencies of aging samples were extracted at 1 mHz and 0.1 mHz,and the characteristic frequencies of moisture samples were 100 Hz and 1 kHz.The tanδ at the characteristic frequency was used to distinguish the effects of aging and moisture on frequency domain dielectric properties.This paper gave the quantitative fitting relationship between tanδ at the characteristic frequency and the degree of polymerization and moisture content.The results show that the degree of polymerization and moisture content are exponentially related to tanδ at the characteristic frequency.The tanδ decreases with the increase of polymerization degree and increases with the increase of water content.
