优泌乐50联合二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

Analysis on curative effect of HumalogMix 50 combined with Metformin Tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察优泌乐50联合二甲双胍片在2型糖尿病患者上的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2016年6月～2018年6月我院内分泌科收治的150例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组于餐前10min即刻皮下注射优泌乐50,对照组注射优泌乐25,方法同观察组,两组均服用二甲双胍缓释片0.5g/次,2次/d,治疗并观察3个月。结果两组患者经治疗,空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖值都出现了不同程度的下降,且较治疗前下降明显(P <0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖值明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者的C肽水平都较治疗前上升,且同对照组相比,观察组升高地更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在治疗时,对照组低血糖事件的发生率为9.3%,同观察组的8.0%相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论优泌乐50联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的控制血糖效果较好,同时不增加低血糖事件的发生风险,具有较好的安全性,因此值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To observe the clinical application effect of HumalogMix 50 combined with metformin tablets in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted and treated in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to therandom number table method.The observation group was subcutaneously injected with HumalogMix 50 at ten minutes before meals while the control group was injected with HumalogMix 25 at ten minutes before meals.Both groups were given sustained?release metformin tablets for 0.5g/time and 2 times/day.They were treated and observed for 3 months. Results After treatment,fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in both groups were decreased,which were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05).The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The C-peptide level after treatment in two groups were both improved compared with that before treatment.The increase in the observation group was more significant than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of hypoglycemic events during treatment in the control group and the observation group were respectively 9.3%and 8.0%. The comparative difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion HumalogMix 50 combined with metformin has a better effect on controlling blood sugar in type 2 diabetes mellitus,which does not increase the risk of hypoglycemic events.It has higher safety and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
