热毒宁配合干扰素治疗手足口病患儿的效果评价

Evaluation on the curative effect of reduning combined with interferon in treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease

目的探讨热毒宁配合干扰素治疗手足口病患儿的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2018年1～9月收治的96例手足口病患儿为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组48例予以干扰素治疗,研究组48例予以热毒宁配合干扰素治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、及血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血浆谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平。结果研究组临床有效率(95.83%)显著高于对照组(81.25%)(P <0.05)。两组患儿干预前LDH、CK-MB、CK、ALT、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后两组LDH、CK-MB、CK、ALT、CD8^+水平显著低于干预前,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于干预前,研究组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组,LDH、CK-MB、CK、ALT、CD8^+水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论热毒宁配合干扰素治疗手足口病疗效确切,可显著改善患儿心肌功能和肝功能,提高机体免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Reduning combined with interferon in treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease. Methods 96 children with hand,foot and mouth disease who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into two groups.48 patients in the control group were treated with interferon while 48 patients in the study group were treated with Reduning combined with interferon.The clinical curative effects,creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB),plasma lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and levels of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group (95.83%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (81.25%)(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in LDH,CK-MB,CK,ALT,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ levels between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05).After intervention,LDH,CK-MB,CK,ALT and CD8+ levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ levels were higher than those before the intervention.CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and LDH,CK-MB,CK,ALT and CD8+ levels were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Reduning combined with interferon in treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease has accurate curative effects.It can significantly improve myocardial function and liver function of children and improve immune function.
