阿托伐他汀所致不良反应及临床合理用药分析

Analysis on adverse reactions caused by atorvastatin and clinical rational drug use

目的分析阿托伐他汀所致不良反应及临床合理用药。方法收集2013年1月～2018年9月我院有关阿托伐他汀的不良反应案例22例,分析案例涉及患者的基础资料,疾病史,药品用法用量,联合用药史情况以及发生药物不良反应的主要临床表现等。结果 22例阿托伐他汀药物不良反应案例中,年龄> 60岁患者的发生率最高(72.72%);不良反应以肝功能异常最常见(95.45%),肌肉疼痛不良反应较少见(4.55%);所有患者在停药对症治疗后得以恢复,无死亡事件。结论在使用阿托伐他汀治疗时,应给予老年群体及存在合并症群体更多的关注,并尤其注意联合用药情况,关注药物的相互作用,尽最大可能降低阿托伐他汀药物不良反应事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions caused by atorvastatin and clinical rational drug use. Methods 22 cases of adverse reactions of atorvastatin in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2018 were collected.The basic data,disease history,drug usage and dosage,combined medication history and main clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions of patients were analyzed. Results Among 22 cases of adverse reactions of atorvastatin,patients aged over 60 year sold had the highest incidence (72.72%).The most common adverse reactions were rhabdomyolysis in the skeletal muscle system (27.27%),while adverse reactions in the blood system were less common (4.55%).All patients recovered after symptomatic treatment with discontinuation of the drug, and there was no death. Conclusion In the treatment with atorvastatin,more attention should be paid to the elderly and those with complications,especially to the combination of drugs and drug interactions,so as to minimize the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by atorvastatin.
