摘要 目的探讨在产科临床上应用磁共振成像的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月~2018年5月产科收治表现有产科并发症、合并症以及胎儿异常等产妇共100例,对其超声以及磁共振结果进行回顾性分析,了解磁共振成像在产科的临床意义。结果对所有研究对象完成检查后发现,属于产前胎盘异常、胎儿异常、妊娠合并肿瘤以及晚期产后出血的患者例数分别为3、92、4及1例。对应的补充诊断情况为1例(33.3%)、49例(53.3%)、3例(75.0%)及0例;对应的诊断符合情况为2例(66.7%)、43例(46.7%)、1例(25.0%)以及1例(100.0%),MRI检查显示磁共振检查诊断补充概率为53.0%,诊断准确率为47.0%。结论医院产科在开展诊断工作期间,合理选择磁共振成像技术展开,表现出的应用价值显著,尤其针对表现出产前胎盘异常、胎儿异常、晚期产后出血以及妊娠合并肿瘤等可以进行充分明确,并且可以将超声检查局限性进行充分弥补,使得产前诊断水平显著提升,使得胎儿出生缺陷显著降低,医疗风险显著降低,最终发现,产科临床应用磁共振成像技术,能够有效对超声检查结果显示胎儿异常、胎盘异常或者妊娠合并肿瘤等进行定位,对其性质能够更加深入了解,是重要的诊断补充手段。 Objective To explore the effect of applying magnetic resonance imaging in clinical practice of department of obstetrics. Methods 100 puerpera with obstetric complications, complications and fetal abnormalities were admitted and treated in department of obstetrics in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2018. The results of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging were analyzed retrospectively to understand the clinical significance of magnetic resonance imaging in department of obstetrics. Results After completing the examination of all subjects, the number of patients with prenatal placental abnormalities, fetal abnormalities, pregnancy combined with tumors and late postpartum hemorrhage was 3, 92, 4 and 1, respectively. The corresponding supplementary diagnosis was respectively 1 case (33.3%), 49 cases (53.3%), 3 cases (75.0%) and 0 case. The corresponding diagnostic conformance was respectively 2 cases (66.7%), 43 cases (46.7%), 1 case (25.0%) and 1 case (100.0%). MRI revealed that the diagnostic supplementary probability of MRI was 53.0% and the diagnostic accuracy rate was 47.0%. Conclusion During the diagnostic work in the obstetrics department of the hospital, the reasonable selection of magnetic resonance imaging technology shows significant application value, especially for the fully determination of manifestation of prenatal placenta abnormalities, fetal abnormalities, late postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy combined with tumor. And the limitations of ultrasound examination can be fully made up. It significantly improves prenatal diagnosis, significantly reduces fetal birth defects and significantly reduces medical risks. Finally, it is found that the clinical application of magnetic resonance imaging in obstetrics can effectively locate fetal abnormality, placental abnormality or pregnancy combined with tumor detected by ultrasound examination results, so as to have a deeper understanding of their nature. It is an important supplementary means of diagnosis.
