急诊应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭效果观察

Observation on effect of application of ventilator in emergency department in treatment of severe acute left heart failure

目的研究探讨急诊应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭的临床效果及应用价值。方法选取本院2017年2月～2018年2月收治的130例重症急性左心心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者进行常规治疗,观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者在对照组的基础上应用呼吸机治疗,比较分析两组疗效。结果观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的死亡率低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。观察组患者心率,血压及呼吸频率的改善情况优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论在重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的常规治疗过程中应用呼吸机治疗,能够提高患者的治疗有效率,降低患者的死亡率,改善患者生命体征。

Objective To study the clinical effect and value of application of ventilator in emergency department in treatment of severe acute left heart failure. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with severe acute left heart failure who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 65 cases in each group.Patients with severe acute left heart failure in the control group were given routine treatment while those in the observation group were given ventilator treatment on basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The mortality of patients with severe acute left heart failure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The improvement of heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of ventilator in the routine treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure can improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the mortality of patients and improve the vital signs of patients.
