闭式四点机械压力机偏载问题研究

Study on Eccentric Load of Four-Point Closed Mechanical Press

针对闭式四点机械压力机的偏载问题,通过理论分析得出压力机偏载情况下的两种变形协调方程,绘制出闭式四点机械压力机二维允许偏载曲线。该曲线可以显示压力机二维方向的允许偏载能力,在此曲线上可与模具受力中心直接进行对比,校核是否满足压力机能力需求。

In this paper,it studies the the problem of eccentric load of closed four-point mechanical press and draw out the two-dimensional allowable eccentric load curve of closed four-point mechanical press by means of two kinds of deformation compatibility equations under eccentric load with theoretical analysis.In this curve,it may show the allowable eccentric load capacity of the press in two-dimensional direction.compare with the stress center of the die to verify whether it meets the capacity requirements of the press or not.
