济南轨道交通R3线隧道土压盾构针对性设计

摘要 结合济南市轨道交通R3线02标段线路项目,通过技术经济比选,首先确定选用土压平衡盾构的方案,在此基础上,根据工程地层和水层的特点及盾构机械性能的适应性,对刀盘的形式,刀具布置及螺旋输送机、渣土改良系统、同步注浆系统及铰接机构等盾构机的二级系统进行了针对性的设计,确保盾构的正确选型,对类似地层条件下盾构选型具有一定的参考意义。 This paper proposes the target design of cutter head,cutter layout and level 2 system of shield machine,such as screw conveyor,slag soil improvement system,synchronous grouting system and articulation mechanism,combined with the actual project of Section 02 of R3 line of Jinan urban rail transit project.Firstly,through technical and economic comparison,the selection of EPB shield is determined as the suitable solution.On this basis,according to the characteristics of Engineering stratum and water stratum and the adaptability of shield mechanical performance,the design engineering is carried out to ensure the correct operation of shield machine.It has a certain reference significance for the selection of shield tunnels in similar strata.
