摘要
利用实验室物理模拟和计算机数值模拟方法,对一定尺寸形状的20Cr2NiMo核电低压焊接转子锻件内部不同部位在水冷淬火条件下的冷却速度、组织状态和力学性能进行研究。为20Cr2NiMo大型核电低压焊接转子锻件热处理工艺的制定提供参考。
In this paper,it studies the cooling rate,microstructure and mechanical properties of different parts of 20Cr2NiMo low-pressure welded rotor forgings for nuclear power application with a certain size and shape under water quenching condition by means of laboratory physical simulation and computer numerical simulation.It provides a reference for the establishment of heat treatment process of large 20Cr2NiMo low-pressure welded rotor forgings.
