摘要 [目的/意义]大数据时代,如何将大数据应用到网络舆情决策这一特殊决策领域,提高网络舆情决策的科学化水平,已成为自媒体与"互联网+"时代政府有效应对网络舆情必须面对的时代课题。[方法/过程]将大数据的内涵特征、本质及其价值与网络舆情决策相结合,分析大数据为网络舆情决策带来的机遇和提出的挑战。[结果/结论]网络舆情大数据决策,必须基于大数据对网络舆情决策从决策思维、技术、制度、人才4个方面进行全面系统创新,才有可能提高网络舆情大数据决策的科学化水平。 [Purpose/Significance ]In the big data era, how to apply big data to the specific decision-making field of online public opinion decision-making and thus scientifically improve the decision quality has become an issue of the times that we-media and the "internet +" era must effectively deal with.[Method/Process ]Combining the connotation of big data with its characteristics, nature and value with online public opinion decision-making, the study analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought about by big data for online public opinion decision-making.[Result/Conclusion ]A comprehensive and systematic innovation based on big data from the 4 aspects of decision-making thinking, technology, systems and talents is needed, and will result in an improved online public opinion big data decision-making with higher scientific level.
