摘要
在进行大位移井钻井时,岩屑不易清除,出现卡钻、机械钻速低等问题。针对大斜度、大位移井的特点,应用有限元软件对钻杆周围岩屑床的流动特性和力学性能进行模拟,并对比"V"型和螺旋型岩屑床清洁工具性能。结果表明:螺旋型工具的岩屑清理效能比"V"型工具降低了14%,而岩屑最大环空返速提高了11.9%;两种清洁工具在受到相同外力下,"V"型工具的安全系数为螺旋型工具的1.28~1.64倍。此模拟研究为工具选型和研制提供参考。
During the drilling operation in large displacement wells, the cuttings chips are not easy to be removed with problems such as stuck drills and low mechanical drilling speed. For the characteristics of high-angle and large-displacement wells, the finite element software was used to simulate the flow characteristics and mechanical properties of the cuttings bed around the drill pipe, and the performance of the "V" and spiral cutting bed cleaning tools was compared. The results show that the chip removal efficiency of the spiral tool is reduced by 14% compared to the "V" type tool, while the maximum annulus return velocity of the cuttings is increased by 11.9%. The safety factor of the "V" type tool is 1.28 to 1.64 times that of the spiral type tool when the two cleaning tools are subjected to the same external force. This simulation study provides a reference for tool selection and development.
