互动公平对高校教师责任行为的影响——情感承诺的中介效应

摘要 为了考察互动公平和情感承诺对高校教师责任行为的影响,在理论推演的基础上,以400位高校教师为调查对象,通过问卷调查的方式收集了反映高校教师互动公平、情感承诺以及责任行为的数据。结果分析发现:互动公平与高校教师责任行为间存在显著正相关;互动公平与高校教师情感承诺间存在显著正相关;高校教师情感承诺与其责任行为间存在显著正相关;情感承诺部分中介了互动公平对高校教师责任行为的影响。 In order to investigate the influence of interactional justice and affective commitment on college teachers' behavior of responsibility,based on theoretical deduction,we take 400 college teachers as survey objects and collect data reflecting interactional justice,affective commitment and responsibility behaviors of college and university teachers.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between interactional justice and college teachers' responsibility behavior;there is a significant positive correlation between interactional justice and affective commitment of college teachers;there is a significant positive correlation between teachers' affective commitment and their responsibility behaviors;emotional commitment partially mediates the effect of interactive justice on college teachers' responsibility behavior.
