新工科背景下渥太华大学开放平台建设的启示

Enlightenment from the Open Platform Construction of Ottawa University under the Background of New Engineering

加拿大高等教育和实验科学研究位居世界前列,大学实验室设备开放管理卓有成效。以渥太华大学为例,笔者对其科研类、教学类以及工程类等3种实验室进行了调研和交流。从软件环境、硬件平台、软件平台、设备开放共享和管理模式等方面分析借鉴其经验、特点和优势。提出了新工科背景下,完善我国高等院校大型设备开放共享平台建设与管理的相关建议和方法。

Canada's higher education and experimental science research rank among the top in the world,university laboratory equipment open management is effective.Taking the University of Ottawa as an example,the author has carried out research and communication on three kinds of laboratories: scientific research,teaching and engineering.From the aspects of software environment,hardware platform,software platform,equipment open sharing and management mode,this paper analyses the merits from its experience,characteristics and advantages.Under the background of the new engineering project,this paper puts forward some suggestions and methods to improve the construction and management of large-scale equipment open sharing platform in China's colleges and universities.
