从伟大工程到新的伟大工程——党的建设质量的与时俱进

Construction Quality Promotion of CPC in Great Projects and Party Construction in Colleges and Universities

习近平总书记在十九大报告提出"要不断提高党的建设质量"科学命题,这一重大命题丰富发展了党的建设新的伟大工程的时代内涵和本质要求,表达了我们党以自我革命的勇气和魄力,全面开启质量建党强党、管党治党的庄严宣言,同时也为新时代高校不断地提高党的建设质量注入"源头活水"。本文在回顾新民主主义革命时期与中国特色社会主义旗帜下党的质量建设伟大工程及新的伟大工程的探索、发展基础上,论述了新时代背景下,党的建设新的伟大工程向纵深发展和党的建设质量的全面提升;并以问题为导向,阐述了新时代高校党的建设质量努力方向。

In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the topic of continually improving the construction quality of the Party.This topic enriches and develops the connotation and requirements of the new great project of the Party construction.It expresses the courage and boldness of the Party’s self-revolution.It is the declaration of the Party to start to construct,empower,administer itself.Meanwhile,it provides guidance for universities and colleges to continue to improve the Party construction quality.In this paper,the authors recall the Party construction in new democratic revolution period and under the background the constructing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.They also discuss the deep development of the great new project and the comprehensive improvement of Party construction.Besides,the striving direction of Party construction in universities and colleges is analyzed.
