摘要
做好少数民族大学生的教育管理工作,不仅关系到少数民族大学生个体自身的成长发展,更事关民族团结和国家安全大局。本文对新时期少数民族大学生教育管理的问题与挑战进行了剖析,并基于社会支持的视角,对东部H校展开个案研究,梳理了该校在教育管理过程中对少数民族学生提供建制化社会支持的经验与做法。
To do a good job in the education and management of minority college students is not only related to the growth and development of minority college students themselves,but also related to the overall situation of ethnic unity and national security.This paper analyzes the problems and challenges in the education management of ethnic minority college students in the new era,and based on the perspective of social support,carries out a case study of H school in the east,and sorts out the experience and practice of the school in providing institutionalized social support to ethnic minority students in the process of education management.
