摘要
海上风塔是现代化的风力发电装置,是节能环保型新能源的重要组成部分。以风塔塔体制造为研究对象,通过现场工艺参数及数据采集,对其车间生产线的状况和生产流程特性进行分析。运用eM-Plant系统仿真软件构建风塔生产模型并模拟线上的制造过程。根据仿真结果分析,找出影响生产线平衡的瓶颈后,通过改进车间工艺布局进行仿真优化和优化结果分析,可以为改进实际风塔生产线提供较为理想的生产方案,从而改进生产线的整体性能。
The offshore wind tower is a modern wind power generation device and an important part of energy-saving and environmental protection new energy.Taking the manufacture of wind tower as the research object,the status of production line and the characteristics of production process are analyzed through on-site process parameters and data acquisition.The eM-Plant system simulation software is used to build the wind tower production model and simulate the manufacturing process on-line.According to the analysis of the simulation results,the bottlenecks affecting the balance of the production line are found,and the corresponding solutions are put forward by improving the layout of the workshop process,which can provide reference and basis for the layout of the wind tower production line.
