师生关系的异化问题:表征、原因及对策

The problem of the alienated relationship of teacher-student : representations, causes and countermeasures

近年来,师生关系异化成为新常态,主要表现为学生欺师、教师失范行为等,由于社会的不良风气、教师自身专业素养不高以及学生良好家庭教育的缺失导致师生关系异化问题不断。师生关系要走出异化的困境需要社会、学校、教师的共同努力,找寻师生关系异化问题产生的原因,寻求解除异化的对策,建构民主、平等和谐的新型师生关系。

In recent years,it is normal to see the alienated relationship between teachers and students,which is mainly manifested as students’bullying and teachers’misconduct,etc.Due to the bad social atmosphere,teachers’low professional quality and the lack of good family education,all those make the alienated relationship between teachers and students to be a big problem.In order to get rid of the dilemma of alienation,the society,schools and teachers should make joint efforts to find the causes of the alienation of the teacher-student relationship,and trying to seek for the countermeasures to remove the alienation,and construct the democracy,equality and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
