基于物联网技术的医院被服管理系统的临床应用效果

Application and effect of implementing medical clothing management system based on the internet of things technology

目的探讨物联网射频识别(radio frequency identification, RFID)系统在病区被服管理中的应用效果。方法成立病区被服管理领导小组,在被服中安装RFID芯片,改进被服清点交接流程,并对管理效果进行评价。结果 RFID系统实施后,病区清点污染被服的时间以及每季度病区盘存库存被服的时间显著缩短(t=39.324,P<0.001;t=47.738,P<0.001),被服损耗的数量明显减少(t=19.557,P<0.001);同时,临床护理人员对病区被服管理工作的满意度显著提高(χ~2=21.701,P<0.001)。结论 RFID系统可显著提高病区被服管理的规范率,缩短病区被服清点交接时间,减少被服损耗,提高临床护理人员对被服管理工作的满意度,以期为医院被服管理提供更科学的借鉴证据。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the internet of things radio frequency identification(RFID) system on medical clothing management. Methods The medical clothing management leading group was established, and RFID chips were installed to improve the inventory transfer process. The effect was evaluated. Results After the implementation of the RFID system, the time of making an inventory of the dirty medical clothing and quarterly inventory taking were significantly reduced(t=39.324, P<0.001; t=47.738, P<0.001), and the number of clothing loss decreased significantly(t=19.557,P<0.001). Meanwhile, the satisfaction of clinical nurses improved significantly(χ~2=21.701,P<0.001). Conclusion The RFID system can significantly increase the standardized rate of medical clothing management, shorten the transfer time in the ward, reduce the loss of service and improve the satisfaction of clinical nurses,which provides more scientific references to the medical clothing management.
