重点患者风险管理模块的设计与应用

The design and application of risk management module for key patients

目的探讨重点患者风险管理模块在提高临床护士风险意识和风险管理能力,降低护理不良事件发生率中的应用效果。方法运用文献回顾、专家小组会议和现况调查等方法设计重点患者风险管理模块,比较应用前后临床护士风险意识和风险管理能力及护理不良事件发生率。结果该模块的应用,提高了临床护士对重点患者的风险管理意识和能力(t=-5.816,P<0.001),降低护理不良事件的发生率(χ~2=4.763,P=0.029)。结论重点患者风险管理模块的设计和应用对构建重点患者风险管理体系,规避住院患者护理风险,减少不良事件的发生,保障住院患者的安全具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application of key patient risk management module in improving risk management and risk awareness of clinical nurses and reducing the incidence of adverse events in nursing.Methods The risk management of key patients module was designed by literatures review,experts group meeting and current situation survey.The risk awareness and risk management ability of clinical nurses and the incidence of adverse events were compared.Results This module improve the risk management awareness and ability of clinical nurses for key patients(t=-5.816,P<0.001),reduce the incidence of adverse events(χ^2=4.763,P=0.029).Conclusion The design and application of the key patients risk management module is of great significance for building a key patient risk management system,avoiding the risk of inpatient care,reducing the occurrence of adverse events,and ensuring the safety of inpatients.
