摘要
目的探讨治疗性沟通联合微信干预在急性心肌梗死患者中应用效果。方法选取2017年1-3月我院CCU治疗的48例急性心肌梗死患者对照组,接受常规住院护理;选取2017年4-6月我院CCU治疗的48例急性心肌梗死患者为实验组,接受治疗性沟通联合微信干预。比较2组患者自我感受负担、焦虑及抑郁评分。结果干预12周后,实验组自我感受负担量表各维度得分、SAS得分、SDS得分均低于对照组。结论对急性心肌梗死患者进行治疗性沟通联合微信干预能够显著减轻其自我感受负担,改善患者负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the therapeutic communication combined with WeChat intervention on the self-perception burden and negative emotion in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Forty-eight acute myocardial infarction patients treated in CCU of our community hospital between January and March 2017 were selected as the control group and given the routine nursing,while another 48 counterparts treated between April and June 2017 were chosen into the experimental group and provided with therapeutic communication combined with the WeChat intervention.The self-perception burden was compared and both groups were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in all the measurements.However,after 12-week intervention,the average scores of all dimensions of the self-perception burden,the average SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Therapeutic communication combined with the WeChat intervention can significantly relieve the self-perception burden and negative emotions of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
