摘要
目的:观察贝前列素钠联合硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者TCSS评分、MDNS评分及神经传导速度的影响。方法:选取102例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=50)。在积极控制血糖的基础上,观察组患者口服贝前列素钠及硫辛酸治疗,对照组仅口服硫辛酸治疗,疗程均为12周,观察两组治疗前后TCSS评分、MDNS评分、周围神经的传导速度及临床疗效的变化。结果:治疗12周后,两组患者的TCSS评分、MDNS评分及正中神经、腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度和运动神经传导速度较治疗前均有明显改善,但观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率为88.46%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单用硫辛酸比较,贝前列素钠联合硫辛酸更能改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者TCSS评分、MDNS评分及神经传导速度,其临床疗效更佳。
Objective:To observe the effect of beraprost sodium combined with lipoic acid on Toronto Clinical Scoring System (TCSS),Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score (MDNS) and nerve conduction velocity in the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods:Totally 102 patients with DPN were randomly divided into observation group ( n =52) and control group ( n =50).During 12 weeks course of treatment,blood sugar was actively controlled in all patients.The patients in the observation group were treated with beraprost sodium and lipoic acid,while the control group only with oral lipoic acid.TCSS,MDNS ,peripheral nerve conduction velocity and clinical efficacy were observed. Results:The TCSS scores,MDNS scores and the Sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve and peroneal nerve were significantly improved in the two groups,but the observation group showed a more significant ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 88.46% and 70% respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:The beraprost sodium combined with lipoic acid can significantly improve the TCSS,MDNS and nerve conduction velocity in patients with DPN.The clinical efficacy of combination is better than lipoic acid alone.
