丹红注射液治疗创伤性四肢骨折术后肿胀的疗效

Effect of Danhong injection on postoperative swelling of limbs fracture

目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗创伤性四肢骨折术后肿胀的疗效。方法:采用随机数表法,将行创伤性四肢骨折术的58例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组术后5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL缓慢静滴,1次/d;观察组将30 mL丹红注射液加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL缓慢静滴,1次/d。密切观察两组术后肢体局部肿胀、疼痛及骨折愈合情况。结果:观察组术后3 d及术后7 d的肿胀程度、疼痛NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后7 d肿胀消退总有效率(93.10%)显著高于对照组(72.41%)(P<0.05);观察组术后3周、术后5周骨痂X线评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液能有效改善创伤性四肢骨折术后肿胀程度,对减轻患者生理疼痛、促进骨折愈合效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on postoperative swelling of traumatic limb fractures. Methods:58 cases of traumatic limb fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 29 cases.In the control group,5% Glucose injection 250 mL was slowly dripped and 1 time /d after operation.In the observation group,30 mL Danhong injection was added to 5% Glucose injection 250 mL was slowly dripped for 1 time/d.The local swelling,pain and fracture healing of the two groups were closely observed. Results:The swelling degree and NRS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 3 days and 7 days after operation ( P <0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,which significantly higher than that of the control group(72.41%)( P <0.05).The X-ray score of the callus in the observation group 3 weeks and 5 weeks after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Danhong injection can effectively improve the degree of swelling after operation of traumatic limb fracture,relieve physical pain and promote fracture healing.
