摘要
在对我国无核葡萄胚挽救育种相关文献进行综合分析的基础上,阐述了胚挽救技术在无核葡萄育种中的应用、取得的成果以及胚挽救技术的主要影响因素(包括亲本基因型、接种时间、培养基、培养条件和胚挽救苗的驯化移栽),并对胚挽救技术在无核葡萄育种上的应用进行了展望。
The application and achievements of embryo rescue technology in seedless grape breeding in China are expounded based on the overall analysis of the domestic related documents,as well as the main factors affecting the success of in vitro embryo rescue including parental genotype,inoculation time,basic media types,culture conditions,and transplanting of the plantlets.The development of embryo rescue technology in seedless grape breeding are prospected.
