摘要
以河北省农林科学院为例,分析了人才队伍的学历、年龄、职称等现状,并针对存在的问题,提出了对策与建议,旨为农业科研院所人才建设提供参考。
Taking Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the current status,age and professional title of the talent team were analyzed.Considering the existing problems,the countermeasures and suggestions for the talent construction of agricultural research institutes were put forward.
